Originally from England, Caitlan moved to New Zealand at the age of 10, and her journey has since taken her across the globe. Having lived in Australia, England, and Canada, Caitlan has developed a rich understanding of diverse cultures and communities, which she brings to her work in property management. Now based in Auckland since 2022, Caitlan has a deep appreciation for the variety of lifestyles and opportunities that make the real estate market so dynamic.
With previous experience as a receptionist at a real estate firm in Cairns, Australia, Caitlan gained valuable industry insight and honed her customer service skills. After returning to New Zealand to pursue her passion for real estate, she joined the Goodwin team in November 2024.
