1. Go to Outlook > New Email > Insert > Signature > Signatures
  2. Scroll down on signature > Place cursor where you want the banner to appear (one space below Goodwins disclaimer)
  3. Once the cursor is where you want it click insert picture icon > Select Image > Insert
  4. No need to adjust size > OK
