Our Process

  1. Search for a propertyand when you find a rental you like let us know
  2. Contact the property managerto view the property and “book an appointment”
  3. Fill in the tenants application formbelow
  4. When you like the property and you are the accepted tenant then you can pay:
    • the bond (3 or 4 weeks as stated)
    • the letting fee (equivalent to 1 weeks rent)
    • advanced rent (as requested)
  5. Receive the key, organise utilities and moving arrangements
  6. Enjoy living in your new home
  7. During your lease if you need something repaired contact us
