Breaking a fixed term tenancy

Vacating
21 days written notice is required to end a periodic tenancy or to vacate at the end of a fixed term tenancy if your tenancy was signed before 11 Feb 2021, if your fixed term tenancy was signed after the 11 February 2021 then you are required to provide 28 days’ notice.

After you have notified us that you intend to vacate, we will issue you with a confirmation letter.
Key return
Please return keys by 12pm on your vacate day. Please note, you will be charged additional rent until the keys are returned, should keys not be returned before midnight on your vacate date.
