In addition, she has nearly 2 years of hands-on experience in house painting and decorating, which has provided her with unique insights into properties and their potential. This experience has refined her eye for the condition and appeal of homes, giving her a distinct perspective that enhances her approach to property management.
Alyssa joined Goodwins in early 2025 as a Property Manager Assistant, transitioning from a background with no prior real estate experience. Her commitment to learning, paired with her exceptional organizational skills, allows her to quickly adapt to new challenges in the real estate industry.
Born and raised in Waitakere, Alyssa’s life journey took her around the world before she was 16, gaining invaluable life experiences that have shaped her approach to both work and relationships. She is passionate about building strong connections with others and takes pride in being an advocate for the underdog, always approaching situations with empathy and understanding.
