Originally from Taiwan, Tina moved to New Zealand in 2009 and has the added advantage of being bilingual, speaking both English and Mandarin.
With an eye for detail and a strong belief in efficiency and great customer service, she is passionate about prior planning and organisational skills- creating strong and lasting relationships with both landlords and tenants.

Having worked in customer-facing roles for most of her career, she thrives on working collaboratively with landlords to find solutions for their property management needs and requirements.
Tina enjoys helping landlords to make sure they are maximising their investments with a personalised approach. She doesn’t stand for rent arrears and quickly acts in her client’s best interest. She believes that in business, customer satisfaction and prompt communication are key.
